On Wednesday, ‎April ‎09, ‎2014, at  6:22pm EDt, I had 9,689 Followers on Twitter, 

but I was suspended shortly thereafter.

I was on Twitter for over two years and never had a problem until November of 2012, then suddenly and since then,  I was getting suspended almost regularly every month.

As far as I can tell, this was my 17th Suspension in 16 months. I find this very strange, BECAUSE I have NEVER changed my actions and behavior on Twitter  since the first day I joined. Yet, for two years I NEVER was suspended but since then I get suspended ALL THE TIME.

Between Wednesday, ‎April ‎09, ‎2014 and today (Tuesday, ‎April ‎15, ‎2014  12:20pm EDT) I had submitted THREE appeals to Twitter, but I STILL had received NO reply from Twitter, so I Submitted my 4th Appeal for my 17th suspension Via Online Form on Tuesday, ‎April ‎15, ‎2014

4th Appeal for 17th suspension

My account was suspended on Wednesday, ‎April ‎09, ‎2014.
At that time, I had 9,689 followers.
98% of my tweets are Favorited and/or Re-Tweeted. 

It has been six days since my current suspension, and I've sent three appeals to Twitter 

BUT I STILL have had NO reply from you.

To my knowledge, I have never broken any Twitter Rules.
I only follow people who follow me and/or who have similar interests to mine.
I don't use profanity, nor do I post pornography. I don't solicit for money or sex, or make death threats, I don't harass others and/or try to get them suspended, yet many people who do those vile things do NOT get suspended.

I was on Twitter for over two years without any problems, and I still conduct myself in the same manner, have not changed my behavior.   However, in November, 2012, I was suddenly suspended and have been suspended on an almost regular monthly basis since then, despite numerous complaints and protests about it from many of my followers.
 
I believe this makes 17 Suspensions in 16 months and is bordering on harassment and MAJOR DISCRIMINATION!

I am consistently targeted by a hate group whose primary goal in life seems to be to falsely report me and get me suspended because they disagree with my views.

I don't understand why Twitter allows this UNFAIRNESS!?

I just lost my daughter, @tkharmonic on March 22 and I need the support of my Twitter Friends at this time.  Please restore my account.

Stranger still is the fact that 

Even though Twitter had NOT replied to my first three appeals at all, IMMEDIATELY after I sent the FOURTH appeal, (ONE Minute later!) I received the following from Twitter:

I have reviewed the Twitter Rules at https://support.twitter.com/articles/18311 multiple times, but I still do not believe I am guilty of any of the offenses mentioned.

However, I do block many people of differing political views and would assume they also block me.
The ONLY times I use the @ feature is to comment to my followers in a discussion and sometimes they reply to me with their followers included, but I can't help that.

Why call it "Social Media" if you are going to restrict discussions among people of similar views? 

Not only do I still believe I'm unfairly targeted, but many of my followers agree with me.  As long as you continue to allow me to be targeted by hate groups and punish ME for it, I will continue to post essays about how Twitter has discriminated against me on Blogger, on Tumblr and on Google Plus.

 On Tuesday, ‎March ‎11, ‎2014, at 9:26pm EDT‎ , I HAD 9,617 Followers on Twitter and my account was suspended AGAIN.  My account was not restored again until Wednesday, ‎March ‎19, ‎2014 at about 9:13pm EDT.  

Once again, Twitter used the excuse that I was “Sending multiple unsolicited messages” and/or “Following Aggressively”; both "reasons" are totally absurd BECAUSE I only follow people who follow me and/or have similar interests to mine.

On Saturday, March 22,  I lost my 45 year old daughter, (@tkharmonic on Twitter, and my ONLY child) to Heart Failure and hardening of the arteries. This was totally unexpected, shocking and left my entire family in horrible distress.

For obvious reasons, I was hardly on Twitter at all until ‎Monday, ‎March ‎31, ‎2014. This has been an extremely painful time for me and I really need the continued support of my Twitter Friends at this time.

I was on Twitter for over two years without any problems, and I still conduct myself in the same manner, have not changed my behavior. Just since my daughter Terri's death, when I began using Twitter again on March 31, I was suspended from Twitter still yet AGAIN!  

My account was suspended on Wednesday, ‎April ‎09, ‎2014 sometime before  10:00pm EDT. At last count, I had 9,689 followers; about 98% of my Tweets are Re-Tweeted and/or Favorited.   

As of Saturday, ‎April ‎12, ‎2014  10:15am EDT, I have now been suspended AGAIN for another three days and have already submitted three appeals, but STILL have had NO response yet from Twitter.

I believe this makes 17 Suspensions in 16 months and is bordering on harassment.

Twitter is very discriminatory BECAUSE I am consistently targeted by a hate group who seem to live to falsely report me and get me suspended because they disagree with my views.  I don't understand why Twitter allows this, as I have never knowingly broken any Twitter rules.

I don't harass others and/or try to get them suspended. I don't use profanity, nor do I post pornography. I don't solicit for money or sex.  I don't make death threats, yet people who do these evil things do NOT get suspended.

WHY DOES TWITTER ALLOW THIS TYPE OF DISCRIMINATION???????????????????

ONCE AGAIN,  My Twitter account, @MsRock4Ever was suspended Tuesday night, March 11, at approximately 9:30pm EDT. As far as I can tell, this makes 16 times I've been suspended in 15 months because I'm targeted by a hate group. At last count, I had 9,617 Followers and THEY have no complaint with me.

I was on Twitter for over TWO YEARS, and I NEVER had a problem, then SUDDENLY, around Thanksgiving 2012 I was suspended FIVE times in 81 days, even though my actions on Twitter had not changed one iota. Since then, I've been suspended on average about every 29 days and this is grossly unfair!

Since Tues night I've submitted THREE appeals to Twitter Via Online Form, but
I STILL have NOT received ANY response at all from Twitter!

In addition to the three appeals I sent Via Twitter's Online Form, I also sent a message to TWO Twitter addresses, as at least one of them had communicated with me in the past. The first one was to support@twitter.zendesk.com. I did receive a reply nearly immediately, BUT it simply said "Twitter is no longer accepting email at this address. If you need help using Twitter, visit http://help.twitter.com".

The second address I sent a message to was admin@twitter.com Again, I did receive a reply nearly immediately, BUT it simply said "We no longer monitor this email address. Please go to the following page to submit a support request:  http://support.twitter.com/forms/"

If they can answer an inquiry to an e-mail address that rapidly, then I do not understand why they can't reply to the appeals I sent to them Via their online form.

The messages I sent to Twitter Via the e-mail addresses was my FOURTH ATTEMPT IN FIVE DAYS TO GET MY ACCOUNT RESTORED! Several of my friends are as upset as I am about this because I am being so unfairly targeted by hate groups, and I have never knowingly broken any Twitter Rules.

A person doesn't even have to do anything wrong, if someone doesn't like what you say they are allowed to report you for whatever imagined or perceived offense they claim, but you get no warning or any chance to defend yourself, and bam! Suddenly you're suspended. It is absolutely unfair, and I don't know anyone else that has been suspended as many times as I have.

I don't waste MY time and energy to try to get other people suspended simply because they have a different opinion, and I resent those who think they have the right to report me when they don't agree with MY views. I also think it is unprofessional of Twitter to allow this behavior to continue.

I do NOT send spam, use profanity, post pornography, solicit for sex or make death threats on Twitter, but there are MANY people who do one or more of those things, and THEY do NOT get suspended. Will I be forced to go on National TV to protest this constant discrimination in order to just be treated fairly??
I wish Twitter would at least be willing to tell me WHY they continually discriminate against ME!

On Monday, January 27, 2014 I had approximately 9,403 Followers;

When I tried to log onto Twitter at 5:01pm EST, I discovered that

my account was suspended AGAIN, FOR THE 11th time IN 14 MONTHS!

At that time, after 5 DAYS, my account was finally RESTORED Sometime BETWEEN 

8:00pm Friday, January 31, and 12:00 Midnight on Saturday, February 1, 2014.

On Wednesday, February 5, 2014, I had last tweeted at about 4:40pm; 

at that time, I had 9,411 Followers. When I tried to log on again at 7:49pm EST,

I found I was SUSPENDED AGAIN, FOR THE 12TH TIME IN MONTHS!!

THAT TIME my account was restored within about 4-10 hours.

Last night, Saturday, February 15, 2014,

when I logged off Twitter at 11:28pm EST, 

I had 9,490 Followers.
When I tried to log on today, Sunday, February 16, 2014 

at 11:15am EST, I found I am now suspended yet AGAIN; 

THIS MAKES 13 TIMES IN 14 MONTHS!!
Don't you think that is EXCESSIVE?? 

As I have told Twitter REPEATEDLY, I am unfairly targeted by a hate group.

 I do not engage them, I prolifically BLOCK those who want to argue with me.

My followers love me; about 98% of my Tweets are Re-Tweeted. 

In spite of the last two previously mentioned suspensions,

I still gained 87 Followers WITHIN the past 18 days. (About 5 a day). 

I ONLY follow people who follow me and/or who have similar views to mine.
I do NOT use profanity, solicit for sex, or post pornography, 

or make Death Threats to anyone's lives,

YET PEOPLE WHO DO SUCH THING NEVER SEEM TO GET SUSPENDED. 

TWITTER IS EXTREMELY UNFAIR!!

I logged off Twitter about 1:00pm EST Monday, January 27 about 1:00pm EST.

This makes ELEVEN times in about 14 months. 

This is UNFAIR and HIGHLY DISCRIMINATORY!

I do NOT solicit for sex, use profanity in the public forum,

YET THOSE PEOPLE WHO PRACTICE SUCH THINGS

I can only conclude that MY EXCESSIVE SUSPENSIONS ARE

For the 14th consecutive month, 

I continue to be badgered and unfairly TARGETED

by a group of people on Twitter

because they oppose my political views.

My previous suspension lasted from January 2 to January 8.
In the 19 days since my account was last restored, 

I gained approximately 135 more followers, or about 7 per day.
My followers generally RT about 98% of my tweets.

I Submitted my THIRD Appeal to Twitter 

On Wednesday, January 29, 2014  4:57am 

I asked Twitter the following question: 
WHY do you persist in sending me "suggestions" of whom to follow when you have
(1.)  KEPT me at a "Follow Limit" for weeks 
AND
(2.)  Unfairly Suspended my account 

for the ELEVENTH time in 14 Months?
